Choose the kit you want reborned (make sure you know the kit name and who it is by) Then send us and email or text to check that your chosen kit is in stock as stock levels change from hour to hour. If it is in stock then you are all set to move on to step 2.
Send us an email or text stating your requirements. We will need to know the hair colour you require so that we can match as best we can. We will also need to know what eye colour you would like if it is an open eyed baby. It would be useful to let us know if you intend it to be a boy or a girl as most kits tend to be unisex. Your full name and postal address. If you have already thought of a name for your baby that would be great too! Although it is not essential at this stage.
Making payment is the next stage and couldn't be simpler. We are able to take payment via paypal, personal cheque, postal orders or a direct payment into the bank. Please do not make a payment until the final cost has been finalised and agreed. It should include the cost of your reborn doll, postage and any extras you may wish to add, such as soothers and blankets... Please refer to the extras page to view more options.
Payments and Layaway Plans can be arranged prior to placing your order. A deposit of £50% of the total cost would be required and then the balance should be paid within 12 weeks.
Creating your reborn baby can take 6-12 weeks depending on supply arrival times and at busy times of the year as i am sure you can appreciate. It is however, not always the case and on rare occasions can be ready to meet their new parents in as little as 2 weeks. Please be patient as so much care, time and love goes into creating your perfect baby and the process should never be rushed.
